The Company

Intelmate is operated by one of the largest privately held payphone and inmate telecom service providers in the Western Region. Intelmate has operated payphones since 1986, and we are represented in the majority of the Western states with over 2,000 telephones installed.

Additionally, for the past few years Intelmate has been servicing, installing and maintaining inmate phones at a number of correctional facilities for some of the industries largest inmate service providers. In 2006, Intelmate directly entered the inmate market with our Intelmate Inmate Telecom Solution. The Intelmate solution offers correctional facilities an evolution in inmate telecom management. With our years of telecom experience and professionally trained service personnel, Intelmate can offer your correctional facility unsurpassed inmate telecom management.

During our years of service, Intelmate has developed a reputation for excellent customer service, leading edge technology, and very competitive commissions. All of our customer service, repair technicians and data systems are “in-house” and supported by the finest equipment in the industry.

Intelmate's parent company currently services such accounts as Jackson’s Food Stores, Inc., Maverik Country Stores, Three B Detention Center, Stinker Stations, Gem Stops, Conrad & Bischoff, as well as many other major accounts. Installation sites include many schools, conveniences stores, hospitals and shopping centers. In the State of Idaho, we provide service to all state run facilities, including, but not limited to Idaho Department of Transportation, Department of Parks and Recreation, school districts, colleges and universities.

Relationship

Intelmate is a full service single source inmate telecom service provider.

Every facility is assigned as a single point of contact (a full-time Intelmate dedicate customer service professional “Account Representative”) to handle all matter involving inmate telecom services.

Telecom services shall include, but are not be limited to, issues regarding inmate phone service, telephone maintenance, repairs, telephone and electrical wiring, local, long distance and international carriers’ service, commissions, fraud prevention and resolution, customer service, installation, removals and remodels.

The Account Representative will coordinate all issues with the appropriate department within Intelmate. Moreover, the Account Representative will be responsible to ensure that all matters are resolved timely and resolution of issues promptly communicated with your facility.

As a full service telecom provider we believe our ability to resolve all matters “in-house” is a unique quality that Intelmate is able to offer Elmore County Jail.

Reporting

Each and every month Intelmate will provide complete reporting to meet your facilities specifications. Reports can be separate by phone, cell, group, and inmate or by any other combination requested. Additionally, Call Detail Reports may also be provided. Report can also be sent via email, or any other electronic media.

In addition to monthly reporting, your Account Representative will be available to meet with you on a regular basis. Your Account Representative will keep you informed on the progress of your inmate phone program and reaffirm that our meeting your needs and objectives.
